Friends;

I know it has been awhile since I have sent out our letter of words of encouragement for The Victorious Life. I didn’t realize how important they were until a friend told me how much they had meant to him and that he passed them along to his friends as well. Here is this week’s word of encouragement.

We have a choice!

Every day is filled with choices. Those choices will determine the outcome of our day and our tomorrows. The biggest choice that you will make is what you will choose to believe. We are surrounded by a lot of negative circumstances, people and situations. The enemy, of who you are, works overtime to position stuff around to distract us from whom we are and where we are going.

THE ENEMY DOES NOT FIGHT BECAUSE OF WHERE YOU BUT BECAUSE OF WHERE YOU ARE GOING!

The enemy sees your potential and if he can stop you where you are he doesn’t have top deal with where you are going! It’s amazing how he seems to have more faith in our future than we do.

He is busy filling our heads with lies, messing with our emotions and playing the “what if” game. We can not allow ourselves to fall for his lies.

WHEN WE BELIVE THE LIE WE EMPOWER THE LIAR

Don’t open doors for the enemy so to empower him by falling for his lies. We must make a choice of whom we believe. The circumstances that we face may be real but they are subject to change and the final outcome is up to you. I refuse to re-shape God in the image of my circumstances. To do so would be to re-create God in my image and bring Him down to my level. I also refuse to re write my belief system because of the circumstance that I see.

Faith believes and faith stands!

Make wise choices today. Choose life! Choose to believe His promise! One of my favorite scripture verses is from the book of Isaiah, chapter 42:8, “the grass withers and the flower fades but the word of our God stands forever”. Jesus said it this way, “Heaven and earth may pass away but my words will never pass away”.

Don’t ever forget who you are in God. He has a plan for your life. You have a Kingdom destiny. You were born with a Kingdom assignment!

Now go be a blessing to someone today!

For His Kingdom,

+Richard C. Coleman
